General

Stuðlaberg heilbrigðistækni og Eirberg ehf. reserves the right to cancel orders, to change prices and to change product types being sold, without notice. Orders can be confirmed by phone if necessary.

Product delivery

We offer free home delivery on every purchase above 10.000 ISK. as long as the total weight of the order is within 20 kg. We aim to process orders the next working day. Delivery time may be longer if order volume is more than usual. If the product is not available or on stock, a service representative will be in contact with you with an estimated delivery time. Please note that we only deliver to customers in Iceland.

Cancellation right / Right to return and refund in our webshop

Purchases made in our webshop have a 365 days return policy. The Customer is able to cancel a purchase, as long as the product is returned in perfect condition and in original packaging. The cancellation period starts at the date of delivery. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. Refund is made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned. Delivery charges are not refunded. General right to return / Return and exchange policy

Purchases made in our retail store at Stórhöfdi 25 have a 14 day return policy. The Customer is able to return the product and get a credit note for the same amount, as long as he or she has not used the product and the product is returned in unopened packages and in good order. If the product was in a sealed packages, the seal must not be broken. The cancellation period starts at the date of delivery. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. A credit note is issued with the same amount if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned. Delivery charges are not refunded. Price

Please notice that the price on the internet can change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order.

Taxes and fees

All prices on the website are including VAT (VSK) and invoices are issued with VAT.

Confidentiality

The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.

Governing law / Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law.
